The ID of the question context that you want to use for this question.
A question context is an entity that limits the scope of a question. For example, you might define a context to specify that a user is asking questions about Cambridge, UK, rather than Cambridge, Massachusetts or Ontario.
You create a context by using the ManageResources action. You can retrieve the IDs of existing conversation sessions by sending the GetResources action with Type set to context. For more information, refer to the Answer Server Administration Guide.
