The ExtractFieldsConvertToSMTP parameter determines whether addresses (extracted by ExtractFields) are converted to SMTP format.
The connector can convert addresses to SMTP format if the extracted address is a MAPI entry ID of a user (PR_ENTRYID), and an SMTP address for the user exists in the address book.
